This inquiry occurred in the Rank of Health of the Family Fernando Alves, located in the city of Is Flix in the state of the Bahia. The research was limited the enrolled hipertensos in the PSF Fernando Alves, adults of the masculine and feminine, independent sex of color, civil state, level of escolaridade, socioeconmico level. The information had been gotten through the application of the instrument of collection of data to disponibilizados handbooks; categorized for reversible and not reversible factors. The not reversible factors of risk constitute the individual being peculiar, amongst these factors are distinguished: the age (changeable evaluated in the etria band of 35 years above), the hereditary succession (evaluating the familiar antecedents that possuam cardiovascular illnesses, and diabetes type 1 for predisposition of the hipertenso), and we evaluate the sex of the individuals. For the application of the instrument, amostral delineation was made, being the composed random sample for 31,5% of the registered in cadastre hipertensos of the Gerenciador de Informaes Locais (GIU) of the PSF Fernando Alves.Apos the application of the instrument to handbooks, the collected data had been organized through the program Statistical Package will be the Social Sciences- (SPSS) version 17.0, and after that we visualize the graphs to be analyzed. RESULTS had been collected given of 126 individuals, for analysis, being 40 (31.7%) of masculine sex and 86 (68.3%) of the feminine sex. Of the pertaining individuals to the sample, 87 (69%) it made the medicine use and 39 (31%) it controlled the hipertenso only with not farmacolgicas measures. Of these hipertensos individuals the Par was classified, according to done classification previously, and the results can be observed in Table 1.
