It is unfortunate how long time the College it remains anchored, missing the human capital of its members, the talent in order to bring about the changes needed to make this school an active Guild that really favors its members in the aspects of health, academic, labor, legal, entertainment and of course, effective protection of their rights. Be considered, that role can be understood as the role that puts into practice the person in the social drama, or, in a more precise sense, as the system of social expectations that accompany the public presentation of the subjects of a certain social State or status. Societies can be considered structures of positions where people cooperate, compete or generates conflict to pursue their interests or those of the Group (and in principle also the well-being of society as a whole). The role of college administrators, involves not only provide all the assistance needed its members require in pro of your performance, development training, supply of services, but that it also has an external commitment to the sectors where administrators are involved, ranging from organizations, companies, providing their services, universities, as well as getting involved in the problems of the country where managers play a significant role and which can generate solutions to resolve situations such as that currently faces with respect to the paralysis of the business sector. Need a new restructuring of the guidelines of the College, its functions, allowing threads to be able to leave that for years they have remained with the same actors, changing only the charge, making impossible due to this situation, that required renovations and above all, the opportunities are given to new leaders who will lead him to the role that the present demands. Need of effective leadership that promotes greater participation and and better communication with the collegiate and the organs of its Trade Union institution that generally do not act within the scope of its competence in where breach of duty has led to the demoralization of the Guild, a small projection as such and the location of the same in the background as legitimate representative of the graduates in management, role assigned by the respective law of exercise of the profession.
